Bursaries, Internships, Skills Pathways 

The Post-School subprogramme which will be launched in 2026, aims to prepare young people for life beyond Grade 12 by connecting them with real opportunities for bursaries, internships, entrepreneurship, and practical skills development.

This sub-programme involves is being designed to build practical bridges between schooling and economic participation, particularly for manufacturing and the small business sector.

This has resulted in a collaboration between the Elangeni TVET and the Beier Group leading to 40 places being made available for students from the high schools to learn footwear and design skills. Beier also makes a range of bursaries available for students especially from the Mkhulise schools to take on further post school qualifications.
